Yes, the maximum number of runs that a customer can earn in a month on debit card transactions is as follows -

Q. When will runs be credited to the customer’s account?

All runs will be credited to the customer’s account on a daily basis, at the end of the day.

Q. How will the customer get information on the number of runs outstanding in his account?

Customers can get to know details of their runs outstanding by the following means -

• Logging in to the runs redemption site which can be accessed by clicking on the redemption link on the Howzzaat !!! page on the SCB public website - www.standardchartered.co.in
• Calling up Phone Banking.
• SMS’s will also be sent to customers on a weekly basis informing him of the number of runs outstanding in his account.

Q. What is a Cricket Mela?

Cricket Mela is a fun filled event which the customer can visit along with his family. There will be a games, quizzes, etc. featuring around cricket. There would be a celebrity cricketer attending most events where customers will get a chance to meet & interact with him. The Mela will be conducted on a periodic basis in each city - customers will be intimated the details in advance via email/SMS etc.

1 run = Re. 1

Q. How can the customer redeem his runs?

The customer can redeem his runs by logging onto our public website - www.standardchartered.co.in. He can go on the redeemption link on the Howzzaat !!! page from where he will be taken to a microsite where the list of items available for redemption shall be displayed & he can select an item as per his choice & the availability of runs. Further information on the details of the products will be displayed on the microsite. (For Nike product displayed, the customer will get a Nike gift voucher which can be redeemed at the list of Nike outlets displayed on the back of the voucher.)

Q. Can the customer place his request for redemption through Phone Banking?

No, the customer can call up Phone Banking to know the status of runs outstanding, however redemption requests can only be placed by logging on to our website.

Q. Is there any minimum amount for redemption?

The minimum amount for redemption will be governed by the products on display on the microsite. Currently, the minimum is 250. This can be changed at a later point in time.

Q. How long will it take for the redemption request to be processed?

The goods requested for under the Howzzaat!!! runs redemption programme will be dispatched in 3 working days from the date of receipt of the redemption request.

Q. How will the customer know when the request has been processed?

Upon processing the request, the customer will be sent an SMS informing him of the same.
