    Improved Security
Our new site introduces an additional level of security for high risk transactions like beneficiary registration and personal details updation. When carrying out a high risk transaction, our system will automatically send out an SMS containing a random 6 digit numeric code to your Mobile Number in our records. In order to complete the high risk transaction you will need to enter this 6 digit numeric code on the confirmation page.  Without the 6 digit code that is send to the Mobile, high risk transaction cannot be carried out through the website.  This additional level of authentication is called as Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

In order to ensure that you get the optimum level of security and for hassle free usage, we request you to ensure that your mobile number is updated in our records. You can check the current Mobile Number appearing against your account in the “Overview Page”. If this number is incorrect or missing, please contact our Phone Banking to update it. It will take us 72 hours to update the mobile number in our records
